Boat on Water

Everybody leaves a wake-
What's yours?

The Ripple is a series of honest street conversations about the impact we have on the people around us — and why it matters more than we think.

We rarely stop to consider the effect we have on others. Not the big moments — the awards, the achievements, the milestones — but the quiet, everyday ways we show up. The encouraging word that changed someone’s direction. The presence that made a room feel different. The question nobody else thought to ask.

The Ripple is a series of street interviews exploring exactly that. Real people. Honest answers. Conversations that cut through the noise and get to what actually matters. Over 65 conversations in, one thing has become clear: people know far more about their impact than they realise — they just haven’t been asked the right questions.

Why this matters

These conversations began with a simple question: what if the most powerful coaching didn’t look like coaching at all?

As a Co-Active Life Coach, I’ve spent years helping people understand who they are being, what they are doing, and the impact that ripples outward from their choices. Every Ripple interview is that same curiosity turned outward — onto strangers, in public, without a script.

The patterns I notice in these conversations are the same ones I encounter in my coaching sessions: people who are successful by every external measure, but who feel unseen. Leaders who are surrounded by people, yet listened to by very few. People who have been so focused on doing that they’ve lost sight of who they are being.

If any of that sounds familiar, I’d love to have a conversation.
