Rob brings his personal centred approach to businesses and teams who want to become more effective in their field. He combines 1-2-1 personalised coaching for senior managers and leaders and unites teams by facilitating group meetings and collective coaching journeys to achieve company goals.

What are the Teamwork journey steps?

Step One

Each team member is granted six sessions to use as they wish. They achieve their goals, enjoy the associated results whilst building trust and understanding with me as their coach.
This contributes to greater staff wellbeing, satisfaction and retention.

Step Two

The team is brought together to engineer excellent communication and go on an educational coaching journey using my six principles,

This will help prepare you to be the best leaders you can be, leaders that others choose to follow so your company thrives.
This collaboration last Six months meeting every two weeks.

Step Three

We remain as a working team meeting four times a year.
This will include meeting facilitation, group coaching and any 1-2-1 assistance your team members would like.

With Robs help your management team will be able to communicate more effectively and bridge the gaps you know exist, as well as those that lay hidden.
